Whole Body Cryotherapy
A Whole Body Cryotherapy treatment lasts between 2-3 minutes, depending on your condition, but plan for 15-20 minutes for your first visit.
Before your treatment:
• Speak to our technicians about your specific issues
• Make sure you ask any questions and we'll let you know of all the benefits you may experience
• Make sure your body is completely dry prior to treatment
• In addition, do not wear any metal jewelry below the neck
Because 90% of your skin needs to be exposed to the cool air, we will provide you with your outfit for treatment. This includes a robe, socks, slippers, and specially designed gloves.
Men please bring shorts.
Cryo Facial
