CRYOTHERAPY?
​Whole Body Cryotherapy uses extremely low temperatures (-230ºF) to stimulate many physical and mental health benefits. Good candidates for whole body cryotherapy treatments are people from a wide range of lifestyles and ages. It is commonly known to be helpful to athletes and those with chronic pain, however it is recommended for individuals who want to improve and maintain their overall health and appearance.

WHAT TO EXPECT...
• For your safety in the cryo chamber, we provide robe, socks, and slippers.

• It is recommended to expose your skin to the cold vapor, however, men have to wear shorts or underwear and women can chill naked.
• All jewelry and metal below the shoulders needs to be removed.
• The temperature is adjustable and your cryo therapist will discuss what temperature is best for you prior to entering the chamber.

• The cryo chamber will not expose cold vapor to your head, but it will chill your entire body.
• The treatment is 3 minutes and you can exit at any time.
• The cryo therapist will be supervising you in the cryo chamber the entire time.
