Infrared Sauna

Experience the only Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna offering advanced near, mid, and far infrared technologies.

WHAT IS
INFRARED?

The sun produces a combination of visible light, and one of those invisible spectrums is infrared rays. Invisible infrared wavelengths are what make the sun feel warm (and ultraviolet wavelengths are what makes it bright). Scientists have established that infrared waves are beneficial to the human body as they increase the thermal energy in the body. Infrared does this without any of the harmful rays of sunlight.

Our infrared sauna at GOAT Wellness uses the most advanced infrared therapy on the market. The Sanctuary is a true Full Spectrum infrared sauna experience offering advanced near, mid, and far infrared technologies. The robust True Wave® Full Spectrum heating system provides all wavelengths 100% of the time to optimize your sauna session.

What to expect...

• At your first appointment you’ll be shown how to operate the infrared sauna; including how to adjust the temperature, change the color of the lights for the chromotherapy feature, and how to connect to the bluetooth speaker system.

• Towels and water are provided.

• You’ll be in the sauna solo, so be prepared for some enjoyable alone time!

• It is recommended to expose as much skin as possible to soak up the infrared benefits.

• Your body will slowly heat up throughout the infrared sauna session, and you may not start sweating until the end of the session. Make note, some people naturally sweat more than others and sweat is not an accurate measurement of how effective the infrared sauna is for healing the body. If you tend to sweat a lot (or not), remember to stay hydrated and replenish with electrolytes to avoid dehydration.

• If you feel too hot or uncomfortable you can lower the temperature and/or open the sauna door to get some relief.

• Hydration is key! Be sure to drink lots of water before, during, and after.

• You may continue sweating after your infrared sauna session, so we recommend wearing loose clothing.

• When you leave your infrared sauna session, you can expect a sense of relaxation, reduced stress, and nourished skin. The health benefits will accumulate over time with frequent visits. The more infrared sauna sessions you implement into your routine, the better you will feel.
