What To Expect During Your Infrared Sauna Session

At your first appointment, you’ll be shown how to operate the infrared sauna—including how to adjust the temperature, change the chromotherapy light colors, and connect to the Bluetooth speaker system.

Towels and water are provided.

You’ll enjoy the session solo, so get ready for some well-deserved time to yourself.

For best results, expose as much skin as comfortably possible to maximize infrared absorption.

Your body will gradually heat up during the session, and sweating may not begin until the end. Remember—the effectiveness of infrared therapy isn’t measured by how much you sweat. Everyone’s response is different, and hydration is what matters most.

If you ever feel too warm, simply lower the temperature or open the door slightly for relief.
