What To Expect During Your Infrared Sauna Session

• At your first appointment, you’ll be shown how to operate the infrared sauna—including how to adjust the temperature, change the chromotherapy light colors, and connect to the Bluetooth speaker system.
• Towels and water are provided.
• You’ll enjoy the session solo, so get ready for some well-deserved time to yourself.
• For best results, expose as much skin as comfortably possible to maximize infrared absorption.
• Your body will gradually heat up during the session, and sweating may not begin until the end. Remember—the effectiveness of infrared therapy isn’t measured by how much you sweat. Everyone’s response is different, and hydration is what matters most.
• If you ever feel too warm, simply lower the temperature or open the door slightly for relief.
• Stay hydrated before, during, and after your session. Replenish electrolytes if you tend to sweat heavily.
• You may continue to sweat lightly afterward, so we recommend wearing loose, breathable clothing.
• After your session, expect to feel relaxed, refreshed, and rebalanced. With consistent sessions, you’ll experience lasting benefits—improved recovery, reduced stress, and enhanced overall wellbeing.
