What is Endospheres Therapy

The Science

Developed in Italy and backed by a decade of research, Endosphères Therapy uses patented Compressive Microvibration® — a rhythmic mechanical stimulation that activates lymphatic and circulatory flow from the inside out.

Think of it as a total-body reset for inflammation, stagnation, and fatigue.

Mechanism

How Endospheres Therapy Works

The handpiece’s 55 rotating spheres deliver pulsed pressure waves that flush excess fluid and toxins through your body’s natural drainage pathways.

This process restores rhythm, reduces swelling, and recharges your system — helping your body move, recover, and perform at its best.

Endospheres Therapy Benefits

Results

When your lymphatic system slows, waste builds up. Energy drops. Recovery stalls.

Endosphères reverses that cycle — clearing congestion, improving circulation, and re-oxygenating tissues so your body becomes efficient, balanced, and strong.

Better circulation.

Faster recovery.

Lasting performance.

It’s not magic — it’s biology optimized.

Ideal Candidates &
How to Make the Best of Their Results

Ideal candidates are those individuals looking to improve general health and wellness, athletic performance, and cellulite.

General Health

& Wellness

  • For clients looking to improve their general health or looking to address a sluggish lymphatic system, we recommend a minimum of 12-18 sessions.

  • We recommend 12-18 sessions 2x a week (no closer than 48 hours apart) for a minimum of six weeks.

  • Maintenance: After six weeks we recommend coming in 1-2 times per month for maintenance for approximately 6-8 months thereafter (or until results fade). After 6-8 months of maintenance only, we recommend 6 sessions of medium to high intensity sessions to restore the results.

Athletic Performance

& Recovery

  • For athletes looking to increase their performance, we recommend a minimum of 12 sessions.

  • We recommend 12 sessions 2-3x a week (no closer than 48 hours apart) for a minimum of six weeks.

  • Clients looking to improve their athletic performance and shorten recovery time may wish to come in for more frequent maintenance sessions, so we may recommend treatments as needed. There is no contraindication to coming in 2x per week for as long is desired.

  • After six weeks we recommend coming in 1-2 times per month for maintenance for approximately 6-8 months thereafter (or until results fade). After 6-8 months of maintenance only, we recommend 6 medium to high intensity sessions to restore the results.

Cellulite

  • For clients with cellulite, we recommend a minimum of 12-18 sessions. If the cellulite is severe, fibrous, or painful, it may require 18-24 sessions.

  • We recommend 12-18 sessions 2x a week (no closer than 48 hours apart) for a minimum of six week.

  • After six weeks we recommend coming in 1-2 times per month for maintenance for approximately 6-8 months thereafter (or until results fade). After 6-8 months of maintenance only, we recommend 6 sessions of medium to high intensity sessions to restore the results.

The 6-Week Lymphatic Reset

12 sessions. 6 weeks. Structured for results.

For those who want to take their lymphatic health seriously, structure is the difference.

The 6-week lymphatic reset isn’t just about doing more sessions — it’s about applying the right stimulus, at the right frequency, with the right level of compression over time.

Endosphères Therapy uses compressive microvibration with varying frequencies and pressure levels to interact with the skin, fascia, and underlying tissue. Each session is adjusted in real time based on how your body responds.

As the device moves across the body, it detects tissue resistance — allowing the therapist to apply the right level of compression and stimulation for each area. This creates a more targeted and controlled treatment compared to traditional, manual approaches.

Over the course of 6 weeks, these adjustments become part of a structured progression.

The body is first stimulated, then begins to respond more efficiently, and eventually adapts to support better circulation, fluid movement, and tissue function over time.

This is not guesswork. There is a system behind it.

Week-By-Week Breakdown
Endospheres Therapy 12 Sessions_edited.jpg
Weeks 1–2: Activation Phase

The focus is on stimulating circulation and initiating lymphatic movement.

Early sessions help mobilize stagnant fluid, increase blood flow, and introduce the body to consistent mechanical stimulation. This is where many clients begin to feel lighter, less congested, and more responsive to treatment.

What’s happening:
• Increased circulation
• Initial fluid movement
• Reduction in heaviness and stagnation

Weeks 3–4: Response Phase

With consistency, the body begins to respond more efficiently.

Lymphatic flow improves, and tissues become more receptive to treatment. Repeated stimulation supports better fluid clearance and begins influencing fascia, helping improve tissue quality and distribution.

What’s happening:
• Improved lymphatic responsiveness
• More efficient fluid movement
• Early visible changes in tissue and contour

Weeks 5–6: Adaptation Phase

At this stage, the body begins to adapt to the consistent stimulus.

Circulation and lymphatic flow become more stable between sessions, and results become more noticeable and sustained. Tissue quality continues to improve as fluid balance and fascia function normalize.

What’s happening:
• More consistent fluid balance
• Improved tissue texture and tone
• Visible, lasting changes in the body

This is the difference between occasional treatment and structured progression.

The goal isn’t just to move fluid — it’s to help the body function better over time.
