Guest access is designed to introduce new people to GOAT—not to replace memberships. Guests must: Be their first-ever visit to GOAT Wellness Not have a current package or membership Not have an outstanding balance If abused, guest privileges may be removed.

You can absolutely book single sessions—but most people who do that end up guessing. The body responds best to structured, repeated stimulus. That’s why we offer packages and memberships—to remove guesswork and actually drive results. If you want to feel it once, book a session. If you want to change something, follow a plan.

A 12-hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments. To cancel, reschedule, or ask questions, call or text 312-568-6821, or log into the client portal under “Book Appointment.” Late cancellation fees vary by service.
