Cancellation Policy

Time is power—and we respect yours, ours, and the next GOAT in line. We enforce a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. Cancel or reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment, or no-show, and you’ll be charged in full. No exceptions.

There is no grace period for late arrivals. Your appointment is a reserved slot designed to deliver results. Running late? Let us know immediately—we may have to shorten or cancel your session.

Appointments can be scheduled up to one hour in advance online. Walk-ins? Call or text 312-568-6821.

 

Late Fees

Don’t ghost your bill. Payments not received by the due date will incur a $35 late fee for every 30 days of delinquency.

Liability Waiver
All clients are required to sign a waiver before the use of facility or services at GOAT Wellness. GOAT Wellness LLC is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings while taking part in a recovery service. Services offered at GOAT Wellness may cause physical stress and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury or property loss. Neither you, your heirs, assignees or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against GOAT Wellness LLC or its members for any personal injury or property damage/loss whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
